With over 20 years of construction, project, and business management experience Andrew has extensive experience leading teams across various sectors including residential, education, health commercial and industrial.
Andrew’s key strengths lie in his aptitude for strategic stakeholder engagement, technical construction knowledge, leadership, and communication. Combined with his diverse industry experience Andrew is well suited to apply his skills to any project navigating through any challenge.


An established project leader with 10 years’ experience encompassing both technical design and project management with a keen focus on leveraging digital approaches to delivery.
Worked on £1Bn+ major programmes in both Australia and the UK as a leader responsible for the delivery of major packages of work up to £100M. A leader who builds strong internal and external relationships and who is focused on building the skills and capabilities of the team.


An experienced executive assistant dedicated to supporting the directors with seamless coordination, efficient communication, and strategic planning.
Catherine Joined the team in early 2020 and is highly motived and committed to best outcomes for the team and their clients.

Chrishan DharmabanduPROJECT MANAGER

An established project manager with strength in deployment and management of works contracts. Great ability to communicate effectively with clients and contractors. Backed a Bachelor in Business, Chrishan has highly developed financial and commercial acumen.
Keen sense of the “broader picture” as well as the ability to identify creative engineering solutions. Highly developed capability of delivering engineering and construction projects.


Eddy joins AKPS with a solid experience from large construction projects as well as redevelopment of live facilities.
Eddy delivers projects underpinned by PMBOK principles and significant focus on client and stakeholders during each phase of the project.


Jack joined AKPS as a skilled and efficient assistant project manager and has extensive experience in the construction industry.
Through considerable exposure in retail and commercial facility management over the last 9 years, Jack understands the requirements of various stakeholder groups.
With strong asset and financial management skills and his technical construction industry experience Jack is a valuable resource to our project team.


Lachlan joined AKPS in 2022. Drawing on his experience in carpentry and studies in construction management, he brings practical experience and knowledge to the team.
A highly motivated individual with strong communication skills, Lachlan supports the team as a Project Coordinator ensuring projects are well administered and organised.


Mitchell joins AKPS with a wealth of practical experience. With knowledge of the electrical design and install as well as carpentry construction, Mitchell bolsters the practical experience of team.
Mitchell has magnificent personal traits; focused, diligent and organised. These skills allow him to excel in contract administration ensuring any project he is a part of is well administered.


An experienced project manager with strong ability to deliver client expectations through various management processes. Shane can call upon a breadth of skills learnt through commercial design, project, and contracts management.
An interest in strong procurement processes brings value to any project. In conjunction with a collaborative approach Shane provides clear guidance and leadership which allows for great outcomes.


With many years of working within the construction industry, Steve has extensive project management experience leading teams across many sectors of the market including residential, education, health, commercial and industrial.
Steve’s key strengths lie in his ability to logistically organize and co-ordinate construction projects from conception to completion. Combined with his diverse industry experience Steve is well suited to apply his skills to any project navigating through any challenge, bring a wealth of successfully completed development projects locally and nationally.


Steve Yann is a highly experience and motivated project manager with a track record of successful project delivery in complex environments. Steve joins the AKPS team with over 8 years experience in Project Management. Steve has developed strong skill sets that include contract management, programming, success in suitability design, client relationship and stakeholder engagement.
Steve is a skilled leader and communicator, he can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholder, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the satisfaction or all parties involved.


Tyla is a highly driven, masters qualified chemical engineer, with proven experience delivering complex projects in the food manufacturing industry.
Tyla joined AKPS as a project coordinator, supporting the team with contract administration and management of project deliverables with a drive to succeed and strong ability to problem solve. She is a highly motivated individual with strengths in report writing and data analysis, along with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
